Terms of Use

1Who can use Genesis AI

You must be at least 16 years old. If you use the app on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2Your account

An account is needed only for the built-in AI service. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account, or by emailing support@genx.cool. See the Privacy Policy for what deletion removes.

3Acceptable use

You agree not to use Genesis AI to generate, request, or distribute:

• Sexual content involving minors, in any form. This is enforced by an automated safety filter and by the AI providers we use.
• Content intended to facilitate illegal activity, or instructions for weapons or other serious harm.
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats of violence against any person or group.
• Content that impersonates a real person or organisation in order to deceive.
• Spam, malware, or content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy.

You also agree not to attempt to bypass the app’s safety filters, usage limits, or purchase mechanisms, and not to resell or automate access to the built-in AI service. Requests that violate these rules may be blocked, and repeated violations may end your access.

4AI-generated content

Genesis AI produces text using artificial intelligence. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation, even when it sounds confident.

• Always review generated content before you rely on it or send it to anyone.
• Legal, medical, and financial documents produced by the app are drafts, not professional advice. Have anything important checked by a qualified professional.
• Verify factual claims independently before using them.

You are responsible for how you use the content you generate.

5What you create

As between you and us, what you generate with Genesis AI is yours to use. We claim no ownership of your prompts or results, and we do not store them on our servers. Because AI models can produce similar output for similar prompts, we cannot promise your results are unique, and we make no representation that they are free of third-party rights.

6Tokens and purchases

Token packs are consumable in-app purchases sold and processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, not by us. Tokens are credited to your account after the store confirms the purchase. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and expire only if your account is deleted.

Refunds are handled under the policy of the store you bought from — Google Play or the App Store. If a purchase is charged but the tokens do not appear, email support@genx.cool with the order number and we will put it right.

Fair-use limits apply to the built-in AI service to keep it available to everyone. We will give notice in the app before reducing an allowance you have paid for.

7Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance, or by the AI providers and app stores we depend on. We may update these terms; if we make a material change we will say so in the app before it takes effect.

8Ending your use

You may stop using Genesis AI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access to the built-in AI service for accounts that breach section 3, or where required by law or by a provider we depend on. Uninstalling the app removes the history stored on your device.

9Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genesis AI is not liable for decisions made, documents sent, or losses incurred on the basis of AI-generated content, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Some countries do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. You keep any statutory consumer rights you have where you live.
